One 3x8 Table and two chairs $25 ($26 if paying electronically to cover fees)
Two 3x8 Tables and four chairs $45 ($46.50 if paying electronically to cover fees)
No refunds unless event is canceled and not rescheduled
We will contact you to confirm your space and payment must be received to guarantee your space.

Arrival and unloading is 6:30-8 am in the circle in front of the church
All vendors must check in with Karen Hasenei upon arrival
All vendors must be removed by 4:00 P.M. (WITH ALL TRASH AND UNSOLD ITEMS TAKEN WITH THEM)
Vendors are solely responsible for collection and payment of any Federal, State or Local taxes, including sales, amusement, admissions or receipt taxes, which may be payable by reason of its activities under this agreement
Hiss United Methodist Church reserves the right to refuse entry on the premises or sale of any merchandise that is deemed, in the discretion of Hiss Church, unacceptable
Vendors are not permitted to sell food. Hiss Church will sell homemade food and Baked Goods
If we sell out of spaces you will be contacted by phone or email and your money will be returned

By submitting this form, the exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify and name harmless Hiss United Methodist Church and its members for any and all claims, causes of action and suits arising, occurring or resulting from any damage, injury or loss of property of any nature caused by, arising out of, or in any way connected with the exercise by the Vendor or Hiss United Methodist Church, or its members, of the privileges herein granted. Hiss United Methodist Church will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from inclement weather. By submitting the form, I also agree I have read and agree to our ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY policy found here.
